Private Tastings by Appointment
Join us for COLLATERAL’s signature 90-minute tasting experience. In a private room, deep inside our caves, you’ll sample a flight of COLLATERAL wines.
We are available by appointment Monday through Sunday between 10am and 3:30pm. Tastings cost $100 per guest, which we happily waive with a purchase of three bottles per person.
